POLISH-GERMAN-HUNGARIAN PROJECT AWARDED IN GREECE

There's more good news from Thessaloniki. In the industry section, the Polish-German-Hungarian project Maoimi – Larger than Life, directed by Judit Oláh, was awarded at TIDF25 Agora. It returned from Greece with the Beldocs Networking Award.

The TIDF25 Agora program was very rich and varied – as usual. It included the Thessaloniki Pitching Forum and Agora Docs in Progress, the Agora Lab, the Meet the Future Spotlight program, the exciting Agora Talks and useful Doc Counseling sessions.

A Polish project has just been selected and invited to the Thessaloniki Pitching Forum, which features titles that have the potential to interest film professionals from around the world. The event is specifically aimed at people who are looking for potential sponsors to make a film.

This year, 14 projects were selected for pitching, including a Polish co-production. Judit Oláh's Beldocs Networking Award-winning documentary project Maoimi – Larger than Life is produced by Anna Stylińska, Katarzyna Ślesicka – My Way Studio from Poland and Inez Mátis – Pi Productions from Hungary, Annika Mayer – Majmun Films from Germany.
