This document is an unusual opportunity to journey with Slawomir Mrozek through his life – from the sixties of the twentieth century until the present moment. It presents an outstanding playwright and novelist through the prism of his diaries and stories told by his friends. Dilemmas of a young writer, the subsequent disappointment and success, sharp, satirical look at reality – all this intertwined with the image of his personal life, marked by a series of stops on his nomadic way.

Graduated from Łodz Uniwersity - filmology and theaterology. Also studied at Film and Photography Faculty at Ryerson Institute in Toronto. He began his film work in Canada. From 1992, after returning to Poland, he has directed over twenty documentaries, such as "..and there I was likely to stay", "MiastoPowiatAmeryka", "Child of Freedomi", " Spasowski Ambasador", "Mrożek & Baltazar" and number of television reportages . In 2008 he was awarded with Circom Regional Grand Prix for "Border 803".
