CALL OPEN FOR THE DRAGON FORUM PITCHING IN KRAKOW
We are opening the call for the pitching of documentary film projects, which will be held from 30 May till 3 June during the 52nd Krakow Film Festival. The Dragon Forum will host TV stations’ commissioning editors, regional film funds’ representatives, distributors and producers from around the world.
The pitching consists of scheduled public presentations and individual meetings. Projects in the development, production and post-production phases (work-in-progress) qualify. We strongly encourage to apply the experienced filmmakers looking for financing of an ongoing project or a finished rough-cut. At Dragon Forum they can have a meeting with decision makers represented in Krakow.
We strongly encourage filmmakers applying for participation in the pitching to become observers at the production session of the International Academy of Document, which will take place in Warsaw on 11 - 13 April. This will give the opportunity to better prepare the project. All willing please fill in the observers’ accreditation application HERE.
How to submit a project for the pitching?
1. Fill in the on-line application form available on the Dragon Forum web-page – no later than 26 .04.2012
2. Print the submitted application form, attach the film trailer in DVD format and send it by regular mail no later than 26.04.2012 to the address:

Selection results will be announced on May 9, 2012
The best Dragon Forum projects will receive financial and material awards and aid in further co-production negotiations.
