It's a story about one of the most important moments in everybody's life. About the first border young people have to cross to become adults. In case of this film it's a few children from tundra moved to the urban environment. The film was made within the framework of the "Russia-Poland. New Gaze" project (second edition).

born in 1971 in Bydgoszcz. He is a photographer and has worked on, among others, The Suburban Train (2005) by Maciej Cuske. He completed the documentary course at the Andrzej Wajda Master School of Film Directing in Warsaw. His documentary debut Behind the Fence (2005) was recognized at the 45th Krakow Film Festival (2005) and his next film The Travelling Cinema (2005) was awarded with the Silver Hobby Horse of Krakow and the Honorary Award of the Student Jury at the last year’s festival.
