born in 1971 in Bydgoszcz. He is a pho­to­grapher and has worked on, among oth­ers, The Sub­urban Train (2005) by Maciej Cuske. He com­pleted the doc­u­ment­ary course at the Andrzej Wajda Mas­ter School of Film Dir­ect­ing in Warsaw. His doc­u­ment­ary debut Behind the Fence (2005) was recog­nized at the 45^th Krakow Film Fest­ival (2005) and his next film The Trav­el­ling Cinema (2005) was awar­ded with the Sil­ver Hobby Horse of Krakow and the Hon­or­ary Award of the Stu­dent Jury at the last year’s festival.
