HOW TO MAKE A MOVIE

POLISH TITLE: JAK ZROBIĆ FILM

The project of the Society of Creative Initiatives “ę”. 17 middle school students and high school students from across the Poland (including Tibetan and Ugandan) went to Pisz to learn filmmaking. Under the guidance of an experienced documentary filmmaker, Pawel Lozinski, they made a remake of Kieslowski’s “Talking heads”. They asked people: “Who are you?”, “What do you want?”. They went through every step of creating a film, from scriptwriting to final editing. Eventually, together with the inhabitants of the town, they watched the result of the weekly adventure with the camera.
