POLISH TITLE: ZAKLINACZ CZASU

In the late fifties Sylwester Włoka become a court cameraman in Baildon steel mill. For the years to come he recorded the plant’s life, including the joys and sorrows, the moments of success and failure, creating a picture of “that” time. The film is the story about "that" time preserved thanks to Sylwester Włoka's camera.
