The jury of the First People’s Fest­ival in Montreal decided to award Patryk Jord­anow­icz — Pol­ish cam­era­man — for pho­to­graphy in “Gugara”, dir­ec­ted by Jacek Nagłowski and Andrzej Dybczak. 

This film has already received many awards, among oth­ers dur­ing Paris Cinema du Reel Fest­ival, Inter­na­tional Film Fest­ival Era New Hori­zons and Inter­na­tional Doc­u­ment­ary Film Days “Cross­roads of Europe” and 48^th krakow Film Festival(The Golden Hobby­horse). It was also presen­ted dur­ing 2008 Cam­eraim­age Fest­ival as a part of Doc­u­ment­ary Films Con­test The Pic­ture of the world — The world in pic­tures, and also rep­res­en­ted Poland dur­ing the last year’s 61^st Cannes Film Festival. 

Patryk Jord­anow­icz is a first-​year stu­dent of Film Pic­ture real­isa­tion at the Krzysztof Kieślowski’s Radio And Tele­vi­sion Department.
