POLISH PROJECT AT WEMW 2024
Produced by Telemark and Just a moment, December by Grzegorz Paprzycki has been invited to the When East Meets West co-production forum.
When East Meets West is a co-production forum organised by the Trieste Film Festival and the Italian FVG Audiovisual Fund. It is a meeting place for filmmakers from various parts of Europe and the world, providing an opportunity for international cooperation. The forum is attended by institutions financing film production, decision-makers from film festivals and TV stations, and features projects selected during the application process.
WEMW representatives will select 20 projects in development (fiction films, creative documents and – for the first time – short animated projects) from all over Europe, as well as from selected South American countries, Canada, and the USA. Projects must have international potential.
Produced by Telemark and Just a moment, December is a story about borders, emigrants, and refugees. The director takes us right into the middle of a border crisis.
