Short doc­u­ment­ary “Rendez-​vous” dir­ec­ted by Mar­cin Janos Kraw­czyk won yesreday the First Award at the Look and Roll Film Festval in Olten, Switzer­land. The jury con­cluded unin­anam­ously to award the first prize to a mini-​masterpiece of out­stand­ing and con­cep­tion. A film that dis­tin­guishes itself through won­der­ful storytelling, music, pho­to­graphy and dir­ec­tion. It man­ages to con­vey a uni­ver­sal mes­sage. Any of us could be sit­ting at the same table. A bond is cre­ated between the char­ac­ters and the audi­ence. The flow­ing bound­ary between real­ity and fic­tion cre­ates a power­ful authenticity.
