FRIGHTS FROM THE MILLS

POLISH TITLE: MŁYNKI

A mysterious forest somewhere in the Łódź region has for generations inspired fear and curiosity among the inhabitants of nearby villages. They recount the stories they told or heard about ghosts and phenomena that defy rational explanation. Some of these tales have already become legends, while others occurred rather recently, which implies that the place still harbours a secret. The line between the real and the supernatural has long since blurred. A mesmerizing, folk-horror-style journey into the world of local beliefs that attempts to capture what is invisible to the eye.
