‘Seeking a retired gentleman who is free and has no family obligations, financial liabilities or addictions,’ - reads the description of a potential partner prepared by Krystyna, an energetic seventy-two year old who is looking for real love. The best option is a younger man who can open her up to new sensations. The protagonist’s life has not quite turned the way she would like it to; nevertheless, despite all adversities Krystyna is ready to embark upon a new chapter of life. She starts dating but contacts with older men bring more disillusions than satisfaction. Successive failures make her reflect upon whether a relationship is something that she needs to be happy.

Graduate of the departments of psychology at Jagiellonian University and directing at Gdynia Film School. She participated in a year-long Script Atelier course and the SCRIPT Screenwriting Programme at Wajda School. In 2019, her short film “Within Me” received a Special Mention at the Polish Film Festival in Gdynia.
