COMING OUT POLISH STYLE

POLISH TITLE: COMING OUT PO POLSKU

This film could not have been made as recently as 10 years ago. And even if it had been made, it would not have so openly focused on the experiences related to revealing one’s own sexual orientation. Today, homosexual coming out does not affect only famous people (such as Robert Biedroń, a gay rights activist and MP, Tomasz Raczek, a journalist, or theatre manager Maciej Nowak, all featuring in the film) but also ordinary Poles who increasingly boldly 'come out of the closet'. The Polish society is also changing and slowly learning tolerance.
