He was born in 1983. He grew up on farm in a small vil­lage in the sub­urbs of Cra­cow where he still lives today. In 2008 he atten­ded a doc­u­ment­ary course at Andrzej Wajda Mas­ter School of Film Dir­ect­ing. He is presently study­ing on the fourth year of dir­ect­ing at the Krzysztof Kieślowski Radio and Tele­vi­sion Depart­ment at the Silesia Uni­ver­sity in Katowice. He is also a foot­ball ref­eree and folk dancer.
